摘    要:利用流固耦合软件MPCCI将FLUENT和ABAQUS连接,计算了固体发动机点火升压阶段燃烧室流场与药柱裂纹变形情况.FLUENT计算耦合区域作用在固体边界上的力,以节点量的形式传给MPCCI,MPCCI将节点量进行插值传给ABAQUS,ABAQUS得到外加载荷,计算耦合区域作用在流场上的节点位移,再通过MPCCI插值后传给FLUENT.计算结果表明,在燃气流入裂纹初期,在裂纹尖端形成相对封闭空间,造成裂纹内压强上升,反射激波引起裂纹尖端更高的升压速率,同时在裂纹尖端形成应力集中,为裂纹动态扩展提供了可能.

Abstract:FLUENT was linked with ABAQUS by means of the fluid-solid coupling software MPCCI to calculate the chamber flow filed and crack deformation.FLUENT was also used for calculating the force on solid boundary zone,which can be transferred to MPCCI software in node variable form.The node variables were interpolation-treated by using MPCCI and transferred to ABAQUS.The applied load obtained by ABAQUS was used for calculating node displacement of flow field in coupling zone,which was subsequently interpolation-tre...
