活塞式分离火工装置分离特性的仿真与试验研究

摘    要:建立了活塞式分离火工装置分离过程的仿真模型,对活塞式分离火工装置在两种边界条件下的分离特性进行了数值仿真,找出了影响活塞式分离火工装置分离速度和分离过载的主要设计因素。试验结果表明:该模型精度较高,具有较强的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The emulation model for calculating the separation process of piston-type device is presented. The separation characteristics is numerically simulated under two kinds of boundary condition. The main design factors which effect separation velocity and o-verload have been found out. The experimental results show that the method is of high accuracy for the separation characteristics of piston-type device and is of great value for engineering application.
