| Abstract: | This paper introduces the major materas used in the nozzle throat of solid rocket motors, intiluding reftactory metal, graphite, carbon/carbon composite and ceramic matertal etc, and compares their advantapes and disadvantcaes and their application ranges respectively. The thermai shock and abintion properties of these materials are aiso discussed. |
