点火增压过程中体积模量对药柱结构分析的影响

摘    要:根据点火过程中压强-时间和压强-体积模量变化规律,得出了药柱体积模量随时间的变化规律。应用该规律分别进行药柱弹性和粘弹性分析,得出了泊松比变化情况,并与体积模量为常数的分析结果对比;进一步应用弹性有限元分析整个点火过程中圆管药柱内孔周向应变变化情况,探讨了点火过程中体积模量对药柱结构分析的影响。分析表明,压强对拉伸模量影响不大,体积模量增大相当于泊松比增大,粘弹性剪切松弛模量可由近似公式求得,对药柱进行点火过程弹性或粘弹性分析时,应考虑体积模量随压强变化的影响。

Abstract:Based on the change laws of pressure-time and pressure-bulk modulus during ignition,the chang law of bulk modulus of grain with time was obtained.The elasticity and the viscoelasticity of grain were analyzed by this law,and the change of Poisson's ratio was obtained and compared with the analysis results of constant bulk modulus.Furthermore,the change of perforation hoop strain of tube grain during ignition was analyzed by elastic finite element method,and the influence of bulk modulus on grain structural analysis during ignition was discussed.The analysis results show that the pressure has small influence on tensile modulus.The augmentation of bulk modulus is equivalent to the augmentation of Poisson's ratio.Viscoelasticity shear relaxation modulus can be deduced by the approximate equation,and the influence of bulk modulus on pressure should be considered in elasticity or viscoelasticity analysis of grain during ignition.
