扩链剂对HTPB/IPDI推进剂力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同种类扩链剂对HTPB/IPDI推进力学性能的影响,结果表明,加入二醇类、两端含羟基的醚类扩链剂能改善丁羟推进剂力学性能,特别是大幅度提高推进剂低温最大伸长率;二胺类扩链剂使推进剂抗拉强度显著升高而伸长率显著下降。

Abstract:The effect of different kinds of chain extenders on mechanical properties of HTPB/IPDI propellants was studied. The results show that adding diols and hydroxyl terminated ether chain extenders can improve the mechanical properties of propellant, especially the maximun elongation of HTPB propellants at low temperature greatly. The addition of diamins chain extenders can significantly increase the tensile strength but lower the strain ability of propellant.
