MQ硅树脂的合成及其在有机硅压敏胶中的应用

摘    要:采用三甲基氯硅烷和正硅酸乙酯合成了MQ硅树脂,使用FT-IR、29Si-NMR和GPC对MQ硅树脂的结构进行了分析,并用FT-IR对采用该硅树脂制备的有机硅压敏胶结构进行了分析,用TG法对有机硅压敏胶的热性能进行了研究;结果表明,MQ硅树脂与端羟基的甲基硅橡胶进行了缩聚反应,该树脂的结构特性适用于有机硅压敏胶的制备,所制得的有机硅压敏胶有较好的初粘性能、剥离强度和耐高温性能。

Abstract:The MQ silicone resin was synthesized by using chlorotrimethylsilane and tetraethyl orthosilicate.The structure of the MQ silicone resin was analyzed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),29Si-nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The structure of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive was characterized by FT-IR,and thermal properties were investigated by using thermogravimetic analysis(TG).The results show that the MQ resin has condensation polymerization reaction with methyl silicone rubber terminated with hydroxyl group,and the structure of the MQ silicone is suitable for preparing silicone pressure sensitive adhesive;the prepared pressure sensitive adhesive possesses better initial cohesiveness,peel strength and high temperature resistance.
