摘    要:基于一种发动机燃烧室模型,考虑到推进剂、绝热层和衬层多种材料性能,用有限元法对含缺陷药柱的人工脱粘前缘进行了固化降温和轴向过载两种苛况下的应力分析,考察了四种结构模型,其中三种为含缺陷结构,例如在人工脱粘前缘附近有内聚空洞,对界面应力应变的影响,为发动机药柱完整性分析提供参考。

Abstract:Based one solid rocket motor chamber model, the front edge stress analysis of the stress relief boot of defective grain under curing temperature reducing and axial overload is presented by finite element method, in the meantime, various materials including propellant, insulation and liner are also considered. The effects of four models including three kinds of defective structure on the interface stress and strain, for example cohesive cavity near the flap front edge, are calculated. These results are avaliable for analyzing grain structure integrity.
