RDX/AP/HTPB推进剂热分解特性研究

摘    要:利用高压差示扫描量热仪(PDSC)研究了RDX/AP/HTPB推进剂系列配方的热分解性能,发现配方组分的改变对RDX/AP/HTPB推进剂的热分解性能有影响,突出表现在RDX/AP/HTPB推进剂中RDX分解峰变宽,AP放热分解效应增强。推进剂中添加Al粉后,RDX的分解受到抑制,而AP的分解却得到增强。

Abstract:The thermal decomposition behavior of RDX/AP/HTPB propellant was studied by pressure differential scanning calorimetry(PDSC).The results show that the thermal decomposition behavior of RDX/AP/HTPB propellant is affected by the change of the propellant component,which mainly represents on the point where the decomposition peak width of RDX contained in RDX/AP/HTPB propellant becomes wider and the thermal decomposition of AP is enhanced.The decomposition of RDX is inhibited while the thermal decomposition of AP is strengthened after Al powder is added into the propellant.
