摘    要:发展了一种基于X射线实时诊断技术(RTR)的绝热层烧蚀实时测量方法,对高浓度颗粒流冲刷条件下绝热层瞬时烧蚀率进行了测量,成功获得了强冲刷条件下绝热层表面烧蚀退移过程的序列图像。结果表明,不同时刻凹坑最低点的位置沿试件长度方向变化,其连线近似与气流的冲刷方向平行;通过图像处理获得了瞬时烧蚀率和平均烧蚀率随时间变化的数据,结果显示试件烧蚀凹坑最低点处烧蚀率在开始时迅速增大,到达峰值后开始下降,并逐渐趋于平缓。该结果可为绝热层烧蚀机理研究提供依据。

Abstract:A real-time measurement method based on X-ray real-time radiography technique(RTR) was developed for insulation erosion.The instantaneous erosion rate of the insulation eroded by highly concentrated particles was measured by using this method,and a series of dynamic recession images of insulation surface were obtained successfully.The results show that the lowest point of the concave pit changes along with length direction of the sample at different time,and the lowest point link is almost parallel with eroding direction of the particles.The change of instantaneous erosion rate and mean erosion rate with time were presented by image processing.The erosion rate of the lowest point of the concave pit rises rapidly at initial stage.After reaching the maximum value,the erosion rate begins to descend and tends to be stable gradually.The results can provide reference to insulation erosion mechanism.
