硝酸酯增塑醚推进剂工艺县剂研究

摘    要:通过在实验配方中筛选,发现钛酸酯PA-4、AP-5、PA-15和聚合物PC-1可使硝酸酯增塑聚醚推进剂药浆屈服值降低17%~45%,着重考查PA-4对药浆适用期和动态粘弹性的影响。

Abstract:Processing aids, such as titanate PA 4, PA 5, PA 15 and polymer PC 1 were selected and used in experimental formulations of NEPE propellant to improve its processability. The results indicate that their addition makes a decrease of the yield value of NEPE slurry by 17% to 45%. The effects of PA 4 on the pot life and viscoelastic properities of propellant slurry are also investigated.
