摘    要:主要针对斯特林制冷机与红外探测器的耦合集成技术进行了设计、分析,研制了整体式耦合和分离式耦合2种结构的斯特林制冷机/红外探测器组件,并通过了试验测试,性能指标可以满足要求.

Abstract:The integrated and split coupling technology between the Stirling Cryocooler and IR detectors were presented in this paper.Based on the different characteristics,the advantages were analysed.Experimenal testing backed up the prediction and the performace index could meet the requirements.
