摘    要:本文通过有限元计算对乙苯脱氢反应器薄壳流道结构进行了稳定性分析,结果表明,薄壳结构的截面和厚度的变化对失稳载荷的影响很大。在保证工艺要求及满足加工条件的前提下,给出了薄壳流道结构的设计方案。

Abstract:By using finite element technology, the buckling analysis was carried out for thin shell structure of flow course in dehydrogenation reactor. It has turned out that the section shape and thickness of thin shell structure have great influence on buckling load. Under the consideration of process requirement and fabrication condition, the design scheme for thin shell structure has been given in this paper.
