钛制金属贮箱膜片的有限元分析

摘    要:为了优化钛制金属膜片设计,基于有限变形理论,采用大变形弹塑性有限元方法,对金属膜片的翻转过程进行了数值模拟,分析了膜片结构对其翻转行为的影响。仿真计算结果表明,支撑结构及贮箱内壳体的限位设计是保证半膜实现多次反复平稳翻转的重要部件。通过试验验证了钛制金属膜片的翻转过程。

Abstract:To optimize the design of metal diaphragm,based on finite deformation theory,the overturning process of the titanium diaphragm was simulated by using the Large Deformation Elastic-Plastic finite element method.The effects of metal diaphragm construction on overturning behavior were analyzed.Overturning tests were conducted.The simulation results indicate that the support structure and the limiting shell inside the tank are key components that ensure the smooth overturning of the diaphragm.The experiments demonstrated the overturning process of the titanium metal diaphragm.
