| 摘 要： | 介绍了小流量气体流量测量装置的原理和应用背景,建立了小流量气体测量系统。采用两种实验方法,即质量流量计串连孔板测量法和孔板配合差压测量法,进行了测量,得到小流量拟合公式。比较了不同实验方法的精度和特点。结果表明,第二种方法重复性好,测量精度高。
