基于遗传算法的低比转速高速泵优化设计

摘    要:针对低比转速高速离心泵在理论设计和实际应用中存在的三个主要问题,即扬程流量特性曲线易出现正斜率上升段、汽蚀性能差和效率低的问题,提出了利用自适应遗传算法求解低比转速高速离心泵优化模型的方法。数值试验表明,自适应遗传算法在求解复杂最优化问题时具有广泛的适应性和良好的精度,可将其应用于某低比转速高速离心泵的优化设计中。试验研究表明,该泵取得了良好的性能指标,达到了优化设计的目的。

Abstract:To solve the three problems of low-specific-speed high-speed centrifugal pumps (LSPHSCP), namely, small-flow instability due to positive slope of head-capacity curve, unsatisfactory cavitation performance, and low efficiency, an adaptive genetic arithmetic is presented. The numerical results indicate that the adaptive genetic arithmetic has great adaptability and favorable precision. It can be directly used to solve the optimum model of a LSPHSCP. The experimental results indicate that the LSPHSCP achieves very satisfactory performance.
