摘    要:通过数学方法,推导出诱导轮铣加工叶片时刀具移距的计算公式,解决了诱导轮叶片加工过程中产生根切、顶切的问题。以某型号发动机涡轮泵诱导轮为例,给出了工艺流程和加工参数。加工出的产品经水力试验和地面热试车及飞行考验,完全满足设计要求,表明该工艺方法正确,工艺参数可行有效。该工艺技术还可推广用于航空、航天以及民用涡轮泵诱导轮的...
