摘    要:对某型凝胶推进剂模拟液在直圆管中的流动特性进行了理论分析和试验研究,得到模拟液在直圆管中的速度分布,定义了表观粘性和平均粘性,进行了流阻分析并定义了非牛顿流体雷诺数。通过试验考察了管长、管径对流阻的影响,得到流阻系数与雷诺数和无量纲速度比与雷诺数的关系,并对影响因素进行了分析。

Abstract:This paper presents theoretical analysis and experimental investigation of the flow characteristics of gelled propellant simulants in straight round pipe. Velocity distribution, absolute viscosity and mean apparent viscosity were determined. Flow resistance was analyzed and non-newtonian Reynolds number was defined. Research on effects of pipe length and diameter on flow resistance were studied, and the relationships of drag coefficient and non-dimensional velocity with Reynolds number were obtained. Some influencing factors were also analyzed.
