氟塑料-阀芯黏结工艺

摘    要:为了解决液体火箭发动机主阀阀芯氟塑料与金属黏结不良问题,对其成因与黏结工艺进行研究。采用阀芯压制氟塑料前涂覆自制聚全氟乙丙烯胶黏剂的黏结工艺方法,通过扫描电镜观察黏结面微观结构形貌并进行能谱分析,进而对涂聚全氟乙丙烯胶黏剂的黏结工艺方法进行机理分析,最后开展菌状物试样黏结工艺验证、阀芯工艺验证、工作性能试验验证。试验表明:采用涂聚2遍全氟乙丙烯胶黏剂黏结的工艺方法,可提高氟塑料和金属黏结强度,黏结强度可提高到19 MPa以上,达到未涂胶氟塑料与金属黏结强度的3倍,阀芯黏结合格率达到100%,使用性能满足使用要求,有效解决液体火箭发动机主阀阀芯黏结不良问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor bonding between the fluoroplastic and the metal in the main valve spool of liquid rocket engine,the cause and bonding process were studied in this paper.The bonding method of coating self-made polyfluoroethylene propylene adhesive before pressing the fluoroplastic in the valve spool was used.The microstructure and morphology of the bonding surface were observed by scanning the electron microscopy and the energy spectrum was analyzed,and then the mechanism analysis of the bonding process coated with polyperfluoroethylene propylene adhesive was carried out.Finally,the verification of bonding process for the bacterial sample,the valve spool process and the work performance test were carried out.The test results indicate that the bonding process of coating the polyfluorinated ethylene propylene adhesive 2 times can be used to improve the bonding strength of fluoroplastics and metal.The bonding strength can be increased to more than 19 MPa,which is 3 times the bonding strength of uncoated valve spool and metal.The coating bonding process can achieve a valve spool bonding rate of 100% and the performance meets the requirements,which effectively solve the problem of poor bonding of the main valve spool in liquid rocket engine.
