P波段宽带固态发射机的设计与实现

摘    要:文章重点讨论了宽带固态发射机的设计.在介绍其理论设计的基础上,设计并实际制作了一台P波段宽带2kW固态发射机.文章重点介绍了2kW发射机末级功放的电路设计,电源调制电路设计,双节Wilkinson宽带功合器设计,发射机控保电路设计和发射机散热设计.经最终测试,在f0±100MHz频率范围内发射机输出峰值功率均可达到2000W以上,带内增益平坦度小于1dB,中心频点效率达到30%,其他各项指标也获得较好的预期结果.

Design and Implementation of the P Band Broadband Solid State Transmitter

Abstract:Focused on the design of broadband solid state transmitter, this article introduces the design theory and manufacture of a P band broadband 2kw solid state transmitter. This article covers design of the last stage power amplifier, the power supply modulation circuit, the double Wilkinson broadband power combiner, the transmitter control and protection circuit, and the heat sink for the transmitter. Through test, at f0 ± 100MHz range, the transmitter can output get 2000W peak power, the gain flatness in band is less than 1 dB, the efficiency of center frequency is up to 30%, and the other indicators also obtain better expected results.
