| Abstract: | At first,this paper introduces the background of emergence of the NAVWAR and its content.Then it analyze the impact of the NAVWAR on the high-tech war.For the serious situation of counter-navigation that the PLA will confront in the future,the paper suggest what we should do in order to enhance the capabilities of NAVWAR. |
