浅谈抗日战争时期美国对华政策的演变

抗日战争时期。美国的对华政策分为三个阶段。抗战初期,美国对日本的侵华行为采取妥协退让与援华制日的双重政策,在“中立”和“不干涉”的幌子下,既对中国给予一定的援助,又与日本大作军火生意,给中国战场的反法西斯战争带来了很大的困难。珍珠港事件发生后,美国为了联合中国打败日本,采取了“联蒋抗日”和“援蒋抗日”的积极政策,在物资上给予中国很大的援助,在政治上确立中国的大国地位。在二战结束前夕,美国从战后国际格局及其远东地区的利益考虑,实行“扶蒋反共”的政策。战时中美关系的演变对战后数十年的中国内政和对外政策有着重大的影响。

Comment on sino- USA policy changing in the period of anti- japanese war

In the period of anti-Japanese war,Sino-US relation can be divided into 3 stages.The initial stage of the war,USA adopt the bias policy to support China and to made compromise to Japan,at the same time to assist China to do business with Japan to sell quantity of weapon to Japan,brought a lot of difficulties for China,under the name of "neutrality" and "nonintervention".After Pearl Harbor incident,USA adopt positive policy to unite China to fight Japan,put forward "Unite Jiang to Fight" and "Support Jiang to Fight" policy,established China higher international position on politics,backed China greatly in military materials.In the end of second world war,USA considering from the himself benefit of postwar international relationship and influence and its far eastern strategy,executed the policy of "support Jiang to Anti-communism".The changing of Sino-US relation had significant influence to Chinese inner and external policy several decade in the postwar.
