| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了以PLC为控制核心的泵试验操作台测控系统的技术要求和控制设计原则，阐述了PLC程序梯形图和Bridge VIEW2．1软件之间的通讯、操作、以及指令执行的关系，针对测控系统调试过程中遇到的问题提出了具体解决方案。同时就电动调节阀和电动闸阀的控制进行了工艺流程改进，使测控系统的实用性、可靠性和安全性得到了大幅度提高。

| Abstract: | Technology requirements and design principle for measuring system of pump test stand controlled by PLC are presented. Communication and commands correlation between PLC ladder chart and Bridge VIEW2.1 are documented. Solutions for problems during the system adjusting and controlling process improvements for electrical regulating valve and sluice valve are proposed, thus practicability, reliability and safety of the measuring system are dramatically increased. |
