航空发动机主轴轴承润滑与冷却技术研究

摘    要:研究了航空发动机主轴轴承润滑冷却技术中几个环节的关键问题。提出了润滑油的选用依据,分析了各种供油方式的特点及其供油压力的应用原则,给出了工程设计中滑油流量计算公式的使用方法,并归纳了喷嘴和润滑冷却结构设计中技术细节的设计要点。

Investigation on Lubricating and Cooling Technology for Aeroengine Mainshaft Bearings

Abstract:Several key technical issues of lubricating and cooling for aeroengine mainshaft bearings were studied. The selection basis of lubricant was proposed and the characteristic of the oil feeding modes and the applied guideline of the oil feeding pressure were analyzed. The operation method of the computation formula for the oil flow in engineering design was presented and the focus on designing the nozzles and the lubrication structures were induced.
