摘    要:空气电极是电化学二氧化碳浓缩器(EDc)的核心组件,其极化性能的改进有利于CO2的转移和EDC电池稳定性的提高。通过改变门FE含量和乙炔黑含量改进了电极结构,一个组装有Pt/C空气电极和Hg/HgO参比电极的燃料电池被用于研究Cs2CO3电解液中的O2/CO2反应。孔径分布与阴极极化性能之间关系的分析结果表明:伴随着300~500nm孔径的比孔体积增加,空气电极的极化性能提高。此外,实验结果还表明:空气电极中町FE含量以15%为宜,乙炔黑的最佳含量为15%~20%。

Abstract:Air electrodes are the key components of electrochemical carbon dioxide concentrator(EDC).Therefore,the improvement of the polarization performance is beneficial to the increasing of CO_(2) transfer and EDC cell stability.Electrode structure of air electrode is improved by means of changing the content of PTFE and acetylene black,and a fuel cell with porous Pt/C air electrode and Hg/HgO reference electrode is used to study O_(2)/CO_(2) reaction in Cs_(2)CO_(3) electrolyte.The analysis of the relationship between pore size distribution and cathodic polarization performance indicates that the polarization performance of air electrode increases with the increasing of the pore volume of 300 to 500 nm apertures.Besides,the experimental results reveal that the optimal content in air electrode is 15% for PTFE and 15% to 20% for acetylene black.
