高效空气过滤器性能实验研究

摘    要:现代工业的发展,对实验、研究和生产的环境提出的要求越来越高,实现这一要求的主要途径是在洁净空调系统中广泛使用空气过滤器。其中高效(HEPA)和超高效(ULPA)过滤器是尘粒进入洁净室的最后一道防护,它的性能优劣直接关系到洁净室等级,进而影响工艺过程和产品质量。因此对过滤器进行实验研究是很有意义的。在不同的风速下,通过测定玻璃纤维过滤器和PTFE过滤器对0.3μm、0.5μm、1.0μmP.A.O粒子的过滤效率,比较两种过滤器的阻力性能、过滤性能。结果表明,风速是影响高效空气过滤器过滤效果的很重要的因素,风速越高过滤效率越低,对PTFE过滤器而言这种影响更明显。

Abstract:Modern industrial development requires higher and higher environment quality in the process of experiment,research and production.The main way to realize this requirement is using of air filters in air-conditioning system where the high-efficient(HEPA) and ultra-efficient(ULPA) filters are the last line to defend dust particles to enter the cleaned room,its good and bad function is related to the room clean class directly,thereby affecting the production process and product quality.So it is of great importance to study.Under different wind speed,by determining the glass fiber filter and the PTFE filter fliteration efficiency to 0.3μm,0.5μm,1.0μm P.A.O sigmic,the two kinds filter resistance performance and filter performance were compared to.Result indicated that wind speed is an important factor to affect air-filter fliteration ratio,higher the wind speed,lower the fliteration efficiency,this effect is more obvious to PTFE filter.
