| 摘 要： | 提出了一种实用的双层调度策略,通过对制造设备的负荷分析及加工能力的评判,以最小作业生产延迟和最大系统设备利用率为目标产生可行的调度方案.该方案使用一种集成遗传算法和粒子群算法的新型调度算法解决调度问题,试验结果证明了该策略的可行性和有效性.

| Abstract: | A two-hierarchical scheduling strategy is put forward to analyze the machine loading and working capacity of manufacturing facility so as to obtain a feasible schedule with minimum production lag and maximum facility utilization. A new scheduling algorithm,which integrates genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,is adopted to solve scheduling problems. The validity and feasibility of the strategy are verified by experiment. |
