民用飞机PIO工程预测准则及试飞方法研究

摘    要:驾驶员诱发振荡(PIO)是备受关注的适航安全性问题之一.以某民用飞机为研究对象,设计阶段通过工程预测准则计算分析其Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类PIO趋势,适航验证阶段参考AC25-7A给出民用飞机的PIO试飞方法与评价标准.通过试飞验证的飞行数据,结合飞行员评价,表明该民用飞机在试飞期间不存在PIO趋势,满足CCAR25规章要求,且试飞结果与理论预测结果一致.

Abstract:Pilot Induced Oscillation (PIO) is a safety issue which is concerned by airworthiness authorities. Firstly, I and II PIO susceptibility of a civil aircraft are calculated and analyzed by engineering prediction criteria. Secondly, according to AC25-7A, flight test methods and evaluation criteria of PIO are proposed. Finally, confirm whether it has PIO susceptibility by analysis of flight data and pilot comments. The flight results show that there is no any PIO susceptibility in flight test period and the civil aircraft meets the minimum allowable HQRM requirements. Furthermore, the flight results are consistent with prediction.
