摘    要:文章通过热梯度试验、冷热循环试验和老炼试验模拟航天器磁力矩器所经历的空间温度环境,并采用磁力矩器工作性能监测系统实时测量磁力矩器的工作磁矩和绕线电阻。通过对测试结果的分析发现,不同的温度环境、冷热循环时间和循环次数均会对磁力矩器的工作性能产生影响;且磁力矩器采用的磁心棒材料不同,空间温度环境对磁力矩器工作性能的影响不同。

Abstract:In this paper, the space temperature environment is simulated by the temperature change test, the thermal cycling test and the aging test. The magnetic moment and the winding resistance of the magnetorquer are measured by the working performance monitoring system. Test results show that different temperature environments, the hot and cold cycle time and the number of cycles, will have an impact on the working performance of the magnetorquer. Besides, the working performance of the magnetorquer in the space temperature environment is related to the magnetic core rod material.
