涡轮盘结构可靠性与稳健性综合优化设计

摘    要:
初步建立1种综合考虑结构疲劳可靠性与稳健性的航空发动机涡轮盘优化设计方法。根据涡轮盘的结构设计准则,以轮盘的轻质化和低循环疲劳寿命的稳健性作为目标,以结构强度和疲劳可靠性作为约束,采用随机优化方法对轮盘进行优化设计。设计结果表明:由于量化考虑了轮盘的安全性,所以能够得到更精确的约束,从而使轮盘设计质量更轻;而针对稳健性的优化,则降低了低循环疲劳寿命对载荷和材料参数波动的敏感性,提高了涡轮盘的稳健性。

Abstract:
A new optimal design method considering reliability and robustness of aeroengine turbine disk was constructed.According to turbine disk structure design criterion,the optimal design of turbine disk was conducted by random optimization method with the target of lightweight and robust low cycle fatigue was target and the constraint of structural strength and fatigue of the disk reliability.The results show that security of turbine is quantitatively considered,it gets precise constraints and lighter disk structure.The sensitivity of low cycle fatigue on the loading and material parameters fluctuations is reduced,the robustness of turbine disk is improved.
