摘    要:本文对某系列运载火箭近十年来出厂测试出现的故障事件进行统计分析,应用故障树分析法的基本原理,建立了某系列运载火箭出厂测试测量系统故障树,并对其作定性和定量分析,指出其可靠性较低环节。结果表明,应用故障树分析法对运载火箭测量系统故障事件进行研究,能够清晰发现对顶事件发生影响的主要因素,为故障预防和诊断提供思路和依据。

Abstract:On the base of the analysis of Fault Tree Analysis( FTA),a series of faults over the past decade occurred in the rocket plant test are counted and analyzed,and the Fault Tree of rocket measurement system is built. And according to qualitative and quantitative analysis,the reliability of the lower part of the test system is pointed out. The results indicate that the FTA could clearly find the most influential factor happening in the top incident,which provides the method for the failure prevention of the rocket measurement system,and provides the basis for fault diagnosis.
