| 摘 要： | BOT是目前世界上较为流行的吸引社会资金加强基础设施建设的一种投资经营模式。把BOT切入到高校后勤基础设施建设领域是缓解高校扩招所造成的后勤“瓶颈”约束的有效方式，本文关重分析了BOT在河南高校后勤改革中的可行性与现实性及存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策和建议，为河南高校后勤改革提供了一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | BOT is a world-wide prevailing mode to attract funds from the private sectors for infrastructure. Applying BOT mode to the infrastructure of higher institutions is an effective way to solve the bottleneck which hampers the increasing enrollment of colleges and universtites. The paper makes a detailed analysis to the feasibility,reality as well as difficulties of BOT application in Henan. Meanwhile,some suggestions are given. |
