摘    要:
从闭合式格林函数推导出微带介质结构的表面波本征值方程,给出了一种新的表面波本征值方程的推导方法。在闭合式格林函数中,通过推导出平面介质结构的表面波本征值方程,可以方便的从中提取出表面波的贡献,从而使其用Prony’s方法或GPOF方法近似时,可使曲线更平滑。

Abstract:
A New method of derivation of the surface-wave eigenvalue equation is presented, which derives the surface-wave eigenvalue equation for medium structure of microstrip from the closed-form Green's functions. By deducing the surface wave eigenvalue equation in the medium of plane structure, the contribution of surface-wave can be extracted from the closed-form Green's functions easily. By using Prony's method or GPOF method, the extraction of the surface-wave poles can make the curve more smoothly and improve the accuracy of approximation.
