摘    要:以某高负荷离心压气机为研究对象,进行管式扩压器设计,借助于数值模拟的方法,对影响扩压器性能的重要参数--喉部面积进行参数化研究,并详细分析了管式扩压器特殊的进口结构对压气机内部流场的影响,初步探讨了管式扩压器喉部设计准则,摸清其提高效率扩大稳定工作范围的机理.

Abstract:Centrifugal compressor stages with pipe diffusers are usually considered to possess high efficiency and wide operating range. Yet very little information on these kinds of diffuser is available to this day. In this paper, pipe diffuser is designed for a high-load centrifugal compressor. Parametric studies on the throat area of pipe diffuser is completed through numerical simulation. And detailed analyses of the flow visualization in the compressor have exposed the different radial diffuser blade flow topologies between channel diffuser and pipe diffuser. Furthermore, this paper lead to some preliminary conclusions as to the design criteria of pipe diffuser throat and the flow physics involved in the stall margin improvements afforded by the use of pipe diffuser.
