| 摘 要： | 阐述了海军作战飞机反舰作战能力评估的目的及其定义。介绍了常用的ADC法、层次分析法(AHP)、指数法、解析法、作战仿真模拟法、统计性能法和专家评估法等效能评估方法，以及它们的应用特点。给出了评估准则和指标体系的确定方法，以及作战能力因素的量化分解和综合模型。

| Abstract: | The object and definition of operational capability of air-to-ship weapon system for naval aircraft were put forward in this paper. The common evaluation method such as availability, dependability and capability (ADC), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), index, analytic, operation simulation, statistics and expert evaluation as well as their characteristics for application were also introduced. On the basis of this, the ensuring method of evaluation rule, index system and quantity decomposition and integrated model of operation factors were given. |
