摘    要:综述了飞机地面测试试验系统现场校准的现场,对现场校准的需求情况进行了归纳和总结,包括溯源性要求、在线评价需求、多种物理量校准需求、多种特性校准需求、自动化校准需求以及总体评价需求。从技术上、计量法规上以及人的意识上几方面入手,分析了其中的难点,包括原位校准、多种物理量激励源、自动化校准、可测性、法规适应性、复合量纲特征和质量意识,并提出了相应的向点对策和建议,包括总体评价对策、以及现场测量系统的可测性设计原则和分段法校准方案。

Abstract:In this paper,the present situation of the site calibration of the aircraft ground measuring and testing system is reviewed and the requirement situation of the site calibration is induced and summarized,including the requirements of traceability,on\|line evaluation requirements,mutiple physical quantities calibration requirements,mutiple characters calibration requirements,automation calibraiton requirements and over\|all evaluation requirements.Begine with the technique,metrological rule and mentality,the difficult points within them are analyzed,including the in\|site calibration multiple quantitiess exciting source,automation calibration,measurability,rules' adaptability,compound dimension characteristics and quality mentality,and the relative countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including the overall evaluation countermeasures,the disign principle of measurability of in\|site measuring system and the multistage calibration scheme.
