摘    要:根据弹塑性力学的基本理论,归纳出固体发动机壳体水压试验弹塑性问题的应力计算方法,并针对31Si2MnCrMoVE壳体材料编写了FORTRAN程序.该方法与有限元法的计算结果相比,误差不超过3.3%,验证了该方法的正确性.根据实际测得的3组试验数据,采用该方法计算出的结果和实际相符,进一步证明了其正确性.

Abstract:On the basis of elementary theory of elasto-plastic mechanics,the stress calculation method for elasto-plastic problems during the hydrostatic test of SRM case was summarized.FORTRAN program was compiled for 31Si2MnCrMoVE case.Compared with FE calculation results,the error of the method is less than 3.3%,which proves that the method is correct.In addition,according to three groups of measured test data,the calculation results of the method agree well with actual results,which further verifies effectiveness of the method.
