摘    要:长寿命卫星外露热控涂层的太阳吸收率退化是设计师非常关心的问题,文章介绍了热控涂层近紫外辐照a_5退化特性试验。本次试验技术与过去相比有很大的提高,时间长达5 000ESH,加速倍率较小,试验结果应该更真实。试验证明所用的热控涂层紫外稳定性非常好,个别热控涂层一直呈上升趋势,所有辐照热控涂层暴露大气后其退化都有一定回复。

Abstract:The solar absorbance degradation for long life satellite outer thermal control coatings is very concerned by thermal control designers.This paper introduces the absorbance property degradation test of thermal control coatings under NUV irradiation.The first task is to design the test for verification of thermal control coatings in such environment.The technologies for this test is improved compared with former similar tests.The time for irradiation was long as 5000ESH with low accelerator of 4 for real simulation.The test results proved the good stability of the thermal control coating under NUV environment.The four kinds of thermal control coatings had very small degradation during the late irradiation period,but the solar absorptivity of two thermal control coatings was increased.All thermal control coatings recovered some degradation after into the atomosphere.
