Cf/BAS复合材料的氧化行为研究

摘    要:采用热压工艺成功的合成了碳纤维/钡长石复合材料,研究了这种复合材料的氧化行为。结果表明,Cf/BAS复合材料的氧化失重与基体微裂纹有关。基体中的微裂纹提供了氧化性气体的扩散报道从而导致高温下 严重氧化。

Abstract:Carbon fiber/celsian(C f/BAS) composites was prepared successfully by thermo pressure process and its oxidation behaviors were studied in this paper.The results show that the weight loss of C f/BAS composites is related to the microcracks in matrix.The microcracks in matrix are the diffusion passages of oxidizing gases at high temperature,which results in the serious oxidation of carbon fibers.The bending strength of C f/BAS decreases less apparently in combustion gas environment than in dry air,because the partial pressure of oxygen in combustion gas is lower than that in air.
