| 摘 要： | 文中分析了立项论证体系的评价指标,研究了各评价指标权重的分配方法,构造了模糊综合判断模型,给出了对评价结果进行检验的方法。结合实例的研究表明,可为军事装备研制立项论证工作提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The generation for demonstration target system is analyzed, and the method of comprehensive tradeoffs between demonstration targets is investigated. The model on synthesis evaluation, which is based on the fuzzy theory, is constructed, and the measure to verify the evaluation result is put forward. An example is provided, which will prove that the model is a useful tool for military equipment development types demonstration. |
