摘    要:以往研究弹射筒,主要以单级弹射筒为对象,对多级套筒式弹射筒研究不足。在计算中,往往忽略了有效面积以及滑轨摩擦的因素,所建立的模型通用性差。在分析弹射机构的结构以及工作过程的基础上,建立了适用于套筒式弹射机构的内弹道模型,仿真并与实验值进行对比,误差在0.77%~1.91%之间,证明了模型的正确性,可以为弹射筒方案设计和验证提供理论依据。

Abstract:Previous studies were mainly targeted at single-stage of ejection gun,overlooked sleeve type ejection gun and effect of pressure area changes and the friction between seat-occupant and track.Simultaneously the models of ejection gun were lack of extensity.Based on the analysis of structures and working process of sleeve type gun,the physical and mathematical models of interior ballistics were established.The limit 0.77%~1.91% errors between test and calculation proves that the model is reliable and practical.The mathematical modes can support the conceptual design and validation of ejection gun.
