铝合金液冷机箱真空钎焊工艺及变形控制研究

摘    要:通过对铝合金液冷机箱焊接变形后变形形态的分析,设计了液冷机箱真空钎焊的弹性工装,并着重进行了理论计算。通过实际对比分析表明:采用弹性工装后液冷机箱的变形量明显减小,可大幅度提高液冷机箱焊接合格率。

Abstract:The deformation morphology of cooling cabinet after the vacuum brazing deformation is analyzed. The spring assembly for vacuum brazing cooling cabinet is designed, and the theoretical calculation is emphasized. The practical comparative analysis shows that the deformation of cooling cabinet is reduced after the spring assembly is used, and spring assembly can improve the percent of pass rate brazing of cooling cabinet through measures application.
