光学自由曲面加工机床换刀误差辨识与补偿机制研究

摘    要:为了达到光学自由曲面加工机床的精度要求,进行机床快刀伺服系统换刀误差的辨识与补偿。首先对机床快刀换刀误差进行理论分析,得到其对加工成形点的影响。再对快刀系统进行几何建模以及刀具轨迹建模,从而进行工件表面微观形貌预测,得到换刀误差影响规律,进而设计检测方案以及换刀误差补偿方案。通过在matlab中进行换刀误差加工补偿建模,得到补偿后面型PV值为0.04μm,补偿效果良好。

Abstract:In order to meet the accuracy requirements of optical free-form surface machining tools, the tool change error of the fast tool servo system is identified and compensated. The theoretical analysis of the tool change error of the machine tool is carried out, and the influence on the forming point is obtained. The geometric modeling and tool path modeling of the fast knife system are carried out to predict the surface topography of the workpiece, and the influence law of the tool change error is obtained. The design scheme and the tool change error compensation scheme are designed.By performing the tool change compensation modeling in the Matlab, the compensated back type PV value is 0.04, and the compensation effect is good.
