| 摘 要： | 简要介绍火箭弹射座椅约束系统锁弹机圆柱销断裂失效现象,对可能造成圆柱销断裂失效的圆柱销入厂质量、装配正确性、尺寸、力学性能、设计及工况强度等主要因素进行了系统排查、分析和验证,最终找准了产品失效的机理并准确定位.起到了积极的警示、指导和借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | The failure phenomena of cylindrical pin of rocket ejection seat restraint system locker were introduced. The main factors that may cause the failure of cylindrical pin were systematically investigated, analyzed and validated, such as quality, assembly correctness, size, mechanical properties, design and working condition strength. The mechanism of product failure was found out, and the accurate positioning was made. It played a positive warning, guidance and reference role. |
