风机液力调速控制系统

摘    要:大功率风机采用调整型液力偶合器调整来调节风量具有明显的节能效果。通过对系统的静动特性分析,提出了单处机控制风量流量的闭环控制系统。经过实验,了解了采用PIP调节器的控制系统基本性能及其应用的可能性。

Abstract:High-power compressors, if sped-adjusting hydraulic coupling be applied, are considerably economical. This paper analyzes the static and dynamic characteristics of the system. and presents a closed loop control system in which compressor flow is regulated by a single-chip microprocessor. The experiments illustrate the basic characteristics of PID regulator control system and the possibility of its application.
