涡扇发动机综合检测系统设计

摘    要:针对某涡扇发动机检测设备的不足,采用基于PXI总线的控制器和数据采集卡建立某涡扇发动机综合检测系统,充分利用现代计算机的资源进行自主开发,将发动机静态校准仪、动态测量仪和振动检测仪的功能合而为一,并增加试车检测功能.这对于提高发动机作战效率具有重要意义.

Abstract:To overcome the disadvantages of turbofan engine test equipment,an integrated test system based on PXI controller and data acquisition cards was designed by making the most of modern computer resource.It contains the functions of static checking,dynamic checking and vibration checking,and also the function of trial run is appended.The integrated test system is advanced,which is important for improving engine operation efficiency.
