固体火箭发动机药柱点火过程结构可靠性的响应面法

摘    要:结合响应面法与数值模拟方法,分析了药柱的结构动态可靠度。针对固体火箭发动机药柱有限元分析计算量大的问题,根据少量的试验点设计响应面,同时采用拉丁超立方(LHS)技术提高抽样效率,考虑药柱材料参数的随机性,引入极小化变换方法,计算了固体火箭发动机药柱结构的动态可靠度。结果表明,该方法精度较高、通用性强,能够满足工程应用的要求。

Abstract:Dynamic reliability of grain stucture was analyzed by using response surface method and Monte-Carlo simulation method.Aiming at a large quantity of finite element analysis calculation for solid rocket motor(SRM) grain,response surface method based on a few design points and Latin Hypercube sampling(LHS) technique were used to improve sampling efficiency.In consideration of the randomness of grain parameters,structure dynamic reliability of the solid rocket motor grain was analyzed by means of failure criterion and minimal transform method.The results show that the method is accurate,universal and suitable for engineering application.
