| 摘 要： | 随着网络时代的到来,我国高校学生管理和教育工作面临许多新的挑战。由于缺乏有效的、针对性的教育管理方法,大学生中出现了一些思想问题和心理问题。笔者通过分析网络时代面临的挑战,提出了做好高校学生管理和教育工作的对策。
