变速恒频电源系统的交-交矩阵变换器闭环控制

摘    要:功率电子变换器作为飞机变速恒频(Variable speed constant frequency,VSCF)电源系统的重要组成部分,始终是人们的研究热点之一。本文分析了用于飞机变速恒频电源系统的新型交-交矩阵变换器的工作原理和特点,提出了基于空间矢量调制技术的矩阵变换器输出电压闭环控制方式,从而实现了变速恒频电源系统中功率变换器输出电压的局部调节功能,有效弥补了发电机调压器时间常数大、动态调节能力差等缺陷。仿真和原理样机实验结果表明,本文的理论分析和控制方案是正确可行的。

Abstract:The power electronic converter is main part of the variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) supply system. A new kind of three-phase matrix converter (MC) is proposed to replace the traditional AC-DC-AC converter. The operational principle and the characteristic of the MC in the VSCF supply system are analyzed firstly. Then, the closed-loop control approach for the output voltage of a MC based on the space vector modulation (SVM) is introduced. With this approach, the output voltage of the VSCF supply system can be partly regulated by the MC itself. Therefore, the defects caused by the large time constant of the voltage regulator in the system are diminished. Experimental and simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the approach.
