机器人制孔工艺参数优化有限元仿真分析

摘    要:采用大型有限元DEFORM-3D和Abaqus软件分析机器人制孔的切削机理和制孔时机器人的振动机理。仿真分析了机器人制孔的切削力,并以仿真数据为基准,拟合了机器人制孔切削力的经验公式,仿真机器人的模态、刚度和阻尼,运用颤振理论分析了机器人制孔时避免振动的工艺参数范围。通过有限元仿真研究表明:有限元仿真计算有效地解决了机器人制孔工艺参数优化问题。

Abstract:Simulations of cutting mechanism and drilling vibration of robot drilling are conducted by using FEM analysis software Deform-3D and Abaqus.The simulations of robot drilling forces are conducted and empirical formulas of robot drilling are fitted based on the data obtained from simulations.The simulations of robot mode,stiffness and damping ratio are conducted and proper robot drilling parameters are collected by the theory of chatter.The results indicate that the finite element method can efficiently solve the problem of robot drilling parameter optimization.
