| 摘 要： | 介绍了891E齿轮测量中心的改造方案、改造后状况、校准结果和样板测量比对结果。中国计量科学研究院的校准结果表明，该测量中心具备了很好的测量重复性和很高的精度，可以满足一等渐开线样板、螺旋线样板和二级齿轮的检定要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the reconstruction scheme, status after reconstruction, calibration results of gear measurement center and comparision results of masters are introduced. National Institute of metrology calibration proves the new gear measurement center has high repeatability and precision. According to the calibration results, this new gear measurement center could meet all the calibration re quirements of the measurement of grader profile master, helix master and class 2 gear. |
